We will also refer you, as needed, to professional consultants (planning, surveying, architectural, engineering, etc.,) and will co-ordinate all trades and professions, adminster and account for the project’s budget, enabling smooth running of the project.
Property advice
If you are considering buying or selling residential or commercial property, we can assist by sourcing contenders to produce a short list, offering support to point of purchase or sale. Where confidentiality is vital, we may be able to discreetly market, or source, property via our network of private client offices.
Residential, common areas
Prestigious, multi-tenanted buildings require equally prestigious interiors; we recently designed the common parts of two 1930’s blocks of apartments in Central London, complementing the period and the status of the buildings.
Residential, overseas
Our Clients often have second homes in Europe. This has taken us to work in France and Italy where we have successfully worked with local architects and contractors. Nicola is fluent in French, we both offer Italian and Spanish to a reasonable degree, German too ..
