Custom oak panelling, designed by us and installed by our contractors, gives warmth to the Dining Room of a traditional Central London property.

This set of table and chairs was made to our design by one of our specialist cabinet/joinery makers for a landmark building in the City of London, 33 Old Broad Street,which required custom built furnirture for the developer’s pre-sale marketing purposes. The property was let within 3 weeks of its launch.

The Gajner Palace, Bikaner, Rajhasthan. This is one of a group of Indian hotels where we have acted as consultants in the conservation and restoration of the predominantly British Raj interiors.

Our draughtsmen produce detailed plans and drawings as demanded by each project; residential or commercial, large or small, contemporary or traditional in style. These will be founded upon our surveys, design proposals and supported by advice from our structural, architectural, M&E and other professional associates.

This is the “Polo Bar” at the Westbury Hotel, Mayfair. A good place to have a relaxing drink at the end of a working day… The Strass crystal window blinds in the Polo Bar were an innovation, manufactured to our design by one of our suppliers. The refurbishment of the Public Areas of this 5* hotel also formed part of our brief.

You may have a preferred building contractor; if not, we will recommend reputable firms to tender competitively. We will also refer you, as needed, to professional consultants (planning, surveying, architectural, engineering, etc.,) and will co-ordinate all trades and professions, adminster and account for the project’s budget, enabling smooth running of the project.

Prestigious, multi-tenanted buildings require equally prestigious interiors; we recently designed the common parts of two 1930’s blocks of apartments in Central London, complementing the period and the status of the buildings.

Our Clients often have second homes in Europe. This has taken us to work in France and Italy where we have successfully worked with local architects and contractors. Nicola is fluent in French, we both offer Italian and Spanish to a reasonable degree, German too ..
